Presently almost all the student leaders of Darjeeling and Kalimpong CSC are having Exam, please do remember all of them in your prayers. Some of them have already started the exam and some of them are preparing for the exam.

We believe that our hard work will be rewarded only if God favors us, so please do pray for all of us that we may glorify Him even through our performances.

Saturday Fellowship 21st May

Today's fellowship was one of those once in a blue moon fellowship, the reason behind that is because after very long time we had many old members and staffs in the fellowship. We had Mr. Tashi Wangdi Bhutia and Mrs. Seema Bhutia as our guest, as our fellowship conductor addressed them as "The Pillar" of Darjeeling CSC, we really enjoyed their company in the Connection. We were very pleased to have them in the fellowship after really long time. Mr. Tashi Wangdi Bhutia delivered the Word of God, Praise and Worship was lead by Mr. Harun Tahkuri.

We also had brother Amir Gurung who recently completed his GCTC, who is also a product of Darjeeling CSC. We had a small excitement sharing from him and we also had Mr. Joseph Chettri one of our Life-Net member with us. We had a special song from his side as he was once our Darjeeling CSC Music Coordinator, we really were very excited to hear his sweet voice after a long time. Our Team leader and staff Mr. Kistmat, Mrs. Pramita Rai and their beautiful child was also there with us.

With all the old members present with us it brought back all the old memories back to our connection. We all really had blessed time as they took time to share about their time in serving Lord through Darjeeling CSC.

Saturday Fellowship 14th May

We had one of our usual fellowship in our Activity Center on Saturday and we all had a blessed time. The conduct was lead by Mr. Akash Sonar, the Worship by Mr. Robat Lepcha and the word of God was brought by our guest speaker Mr. Sunny Mangratee. All the team members of the Connection were every excited to have our young energetic leader bring the message. It was his first time in the connection as a guest speaker though we were always a partner in the ministry in one way or the other. He is one of the member of his active and a blessed ministry known by the name 'SOUL WINNERS ministry", they usually work with the youths for the gospel through music.

We the Darjeeling CSC were very blessed to have him amidst the team. We do really appreciate his availability and hope for that we always remain connected as a team serving the same Lord.

We the team as a whole pray for his ministry and all the blessing in his life.

English Class

As usual after the church some of the few interested students of Darjeeling CSC gathered in the Activity Center for the English class. This special class is taken by Mr. Ccir Gurung a Life-Net member of Darjeeling CSC for those students who want to improve their English. We focus in spoken English, writing and vocabulary. The class usually is of one to one and half hours of period where are the students are encouraged and asked to speak in English, and many more activities are also done like creative writing with good grammars.

We the students of Darjeeling team are focusing in this sector of our life so that we don't back down in language as a student leaders. God has been faithful to us that so far we are doing good and we are really enjoying the classes.

Saturday Fellowship 7th May

Today's Fellowship was conducted by Miss. Rachel Chettri (her first time), praise and worship by Mr. Pawan Thapa and and the word of God was delivered by our Life-Net member Miss. Minuka Tamang (her first time). We had many new students present from all the three colleges, in fact they were the fruits of the the field training we had last Wednesday at Chowrasta. We praise God for being so faithful in giving us the outcome of all our labor.

We had blessed time as brother Bhupal, Akash and Millian shared there excitements.



We even had Mr. Bhupal Sing a new new english song he and Abishek had composed very recently.

Field Training

We had our Field training for all the students who took the training at Chowrasta. All the students took the challenge very positively and they all very zealously completed the field trtaing. They did the sharing from the 4 Spiritual Laws to more than 3 people individually and all of them had their own excitements. Many of them excepted Christ and some of them have their follow up today. We are very encouraged to have such students involved with us here in our team.




We all had great time after the field as we met our senoir staffs Mr. Tashi Wangdi Bhutia and Mrs. Seema Bhutia at Chowrasta. We spent some quality time there as we talked about ministry and old good times together. We were as much pleased to have meet with them as they were with us.

DTC in Darjeeling CSC

We had our two days DTC (Disciple Training Camp) here in Darjeeling in our Student Activity Center on 2nd and 3rd of May. Since this was a non-budgeted program we had to raise our own funds and do this training,  because the students were all very eager for the training we had have it in middle of the our activity sessions. We had in total eight students for the training their names are as follows:

The trainers were the student Leaders of Darjeeling CSC team itself. The Teachers were:

And two Staffs Mr. Kistmat Rai and Mrs. Pramita Rai.

We had a blessed time as we very successfully ended this training today. Due to rainfall we couldn't do the field training today but we'll have it tomorrow in the afternoon.
